Summary
SajuCast delivers a digital report that is generated and made available immediately after payment. As a digital good with immediate delivery, all sales are final. We offer two specific remedies described below.
1. Accuracy Commitment Re-reading
The Korean Saju method is sensitive to birth time. If your reading does not resonate with you and you believe the birth time you entered may have been inaccurate or off by a few minutes, we offer one re-reading with adjusted birth details at no additional cost within 14 days of your original purchase.
To request a re-reading, email support@sajucast.com with your order email address and the corrected birth time. We regenerate the report against the new inputs and reply with the updated reading typically within one business day.
2. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your reading (broken link, PDF will not download, email never arrived after 10 minutes), email support@sajucast.com and we will either resolve the issue or provide a replacement delivery.
If we are unable to deliver the product you paid for after a reasonable troubleshooting attempt, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. This is the only scenario in which a refund is issued.
3. Korean Law (전자상거래법 §17(3))
Under Korea's Electronic Commerce Act §17(3), buyers of digital content that has been delivered or made accessible may not unilaterally cancel the contract once the digital good has been provided. SajuCast readings are generated and delivered immediately upon successful payment, so the §17(3) exception applies. This does not limit the remedies described in Sections 1 and 2 above.
4. Chargebacks
If you are unhappy with a purchase, please contact us at support@sajucast.com before filing a chargeback with your card issuer or payment provider. We will work with you to resolve the issue under Sections 1, 2, or 3 above. Unjustified chargebacks may be disputed with evidence of delivery and access logs.
