1. Service Description

SajuCast provides digital Korean saju (Four Pillars of Destiny) readings based on your birth date, birth time, and gender. Our readings analyze the interaction of the five elements and celestial stems and earthly branches to generate personalized insights about personality, career, relationships, wealth, and health. Readings are generated digitally and delivered via a unique URL and email.

SajuCast may offer various reading types (including but not limited to compatibility readings, monthly forecasts, yearly forecasts), subscription services, premium features, credit or point systems, API access, and mobile applications. Specific terms for individual products are described at the time of purchase.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

4. Purchases and Pricing

SajuCast offers one-time reading purchases at various tiers. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases.

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your reading via a unique URL and a copy sent to your email address.

5. Subscription Terms

If we offer subscription services in the future, you will be clearly informed of recurring charges, billing frequency, and cancellation procedures before subscribing. Subscription pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation policies will be presented at the time of enrollment. You may cancel a subscription at any time in accordance with the cancellation procedures described at the point of purchase.

6. Refund Policy

Because SajuCast delivers a digital product that is generated and accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are final and no refunds are provided after delivery.

Accuracy Guarantee: If your reading does not resonate with you and you believe the birth time used may have been inaccurate, we offer a one-time re-reading with an adjusted birth time at no additional cost. Contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a re-reading.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your reading, please contact us and we will resolve the issue or provide a replacement.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or extract data from the Service
• Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting readings or any content from the Service
• Abusing the free preview system, including creating multiple accounts or using technical methods to circumvent usage limits
• Creating fake, fraudulent, or misleading accounts
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the saju calculation algorithms, proprietary methodology, or any underlying software
• Interfering with, disrupting, or placing an unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service without notice or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All reading content, website design, text, graphics, algorithms, calculation methodologies, and other materials on sajucast.com are the property of SEMAK or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your reading is provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or publish reading content without our written permission.

9. User Content

The birth data and personal information you provide is used solely for the purpose of generating your saju reading and delivering it to you. We do not use your birth data for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. We may also suspend or restrict access to specific features without prior notice. In the event of termination for cause, you will not be entitled to any refund for previously purchased readings.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEMAK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on any reading content. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific reading in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SEMAK, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your reliance on reading content for professional, medical, financial, legal, or other consequential decisions; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

13. Force Majeure

SEMAK shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or infrastructure outages, cyberattacks, pandemics, or acts of war.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim or proceeding against SEMAK, you agree to first contact us at admin@semak.kr and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. During this period, we will work in good faith to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea, governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

15. Electronic Communications Consent

By using the Service, you consent to receiving communications from us electronically, including via email, website notices, or in-app notifications. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If we make material changes, we will provide notice on the website.

17. General Provisions

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision shall be effective only if in writing and signed by SEMAK.

Assignment

We may assign or transfer these Terms, and any rights and licenses granted herein, as part of a merger, acquisition, business transfer, or sale of assets without restriction and without notice to you. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SEMAK regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.
